Submissions

Author Guidelines

Sphere Journal: Diverse of The Knowledge welcomes submissions of original research articles, literature reviews, field reports, and reflective essays that are relevant to the journal’s interdisciplinary scope. All submissions must follow the guidelines below.

1. General Requirements

• The manuscript must be original and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

• The manuscript must be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia with clear and coherent academic language.

• All submissions are free of charge (no article processing fees).

• Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s submission system or email (if applicable).

2. Manuscript Format

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

• Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing

• Page size: A4, 2.5 cm margins on all sides

• Word count: 4,000–7,000 words (including references)

3. Manuscript Structure

• Title (concise, informative, max 15 words)

• Author(s) name, affiliation, and email

• Abstract (150–250 words) + Keywords (3–5)

• Introduction

• Methodology (for research papers)

• Discussion / Analysis

• Conclusion

• References (APA 7th edition style)

4. References

• Use APA Style (7th Edition) for citations and references.

• References must be relevant and up-to-date (preferably within the last 10 years).

5. Plagiarism Policy

• Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. Similarity index must be below 20%.

• The editorial team will conduct plagiarism checks using appropriate software.

6. Review Process

• All manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.

• Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.

7. Copyright and Licensing

• Published articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).

• Authors retain copyright but grant publication rights to the journal.
