Sphere Journal: Diverse of The Knowledge applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the objectivity and quality of each manuscript submitted for publication.

1. Initial Screening

All submitted manuscripts will be screened by the editorial team to ensure they meet the journal’s scope, formatting, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements will be returned to the author for revision or rejected outright.

2. Double-Blind Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers. In the double-blind process, both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other to maintain impartiality.

3. Review Criteria

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on the following criteria:

  • Originality and novelty

  • Relevance to the journal's scope

  • Clarity of research objectives and questions

  • Soundness of methodology and analysis

  • Significance of findings and contribution to knowledge

  • Quality of writing and organization

4. Review Outcomes

Reviewers will recommend one of the following decisions:

  • Accept without revision

  • Accept with minor revisions

  • Revise and resubmit (major revisions)

  • Reject

The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations and the quality of revisions.

5. Timeframe

The peer review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the quality of the submission.

6. Revision and Resubmission

Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback. Revised manuscripts may undergo a second round of review if necessary.
